Microblading is an old Asian manual pigmentation method, in which with the Microblading pen (also called „Holder“) by means of the sterile packed attachments „Blades“ (small needles placed next to each other, from the handle similar to a scalpel) small strokes, in the form of hairs, are introduced into the skin by means of gentle pressure. These form the „framework“ of the pigmentation. After the pigmentation framework is in place, the pigmentation color is massaged into the skin. The massaged color then remains on the skin for 12-15 minutes until wound healing begins and thus the color is included in the skin.

In regular permanent makeup, the color is inserted directly into the skin with a needle. The treatment is a little more painful than regular microblading, but still bearable. The first treatment takes about 1 1/2 hours. The treatment consists of an intensive explanation, a declaration of consent, cleaning of the eyebrow area, preliminary drawing, plucking and then blading. The after-treatment should take place within the next 4-6 weeks, it is recommended to plan about 30 minutes for it.
This is only possible if the old pigments have left a slight shadow. If the pigments are too strong, there is a risk that the new pigments will be swallowed. In this case we recommend the Removal treatment to remove old pigments.
Microblading treatment is ideal for clients with dry or combination skin. Clients with an oily skin can do the treatment, but the durability is lower than clients with a normal/dry skin. For clients with oily skin, the treatment can also be performed. However, due to the durability, the permanent make-up method is recommended.
Generally, it should not be a problem as long as lidocaine ointment is not used. By applying the local anesthetic ,,lidocaine“, the anesthetic gets into the mother’s bloodstream and that of the fetus. Many clients are sensitive to pain and hold their breath during the treatment.
Thus, less oxygen enters the body and the fetus may suffer irreparable damage to its health. In this regard, I ask my clients to consult with their doctor. A medical certificate must be presented if any treatment is performed.
The Microblading treatment is relatively painless. Since the pain sensation is individual, a local anesthetic „Lidocain“ can be applied if necessary.
24h no sport. No contact with water for 24h. Avoid sun, solarium, sauna, swimming and steam bath for the next 12-14 days. For the first 6-8 days (in the morning and in the evening) apply a QTIP/ cotton swab to the eyebrows. For this purpose we recommend the vitamin E ointment. Refrain from removing pigment crusts. Do not use foreign cosmetics and cleansing products.
Permanent make-up is a mechanical method of permanently applying pigments under the third layer of skin. The durability is depending on environmental influences, skin condition and care between 3 and 5 years. This method is also good for guys with oily skin! Pigmentation can visually enlarge the lips. The contours and symmetry can also be emphasized and adjusted.

Pigmentation is relatively painless. The sensation of pain is individual. We recommend that the treatment be performed without a local anesthetic, „lidocaine“.

If you are prone to herpes, please consult your family doctor. Pigmentation can cause cold sores. Please get a prescription for „Aciclovir 400“ and take the tablets 1 week before and 4 days after the treatment.
The durability depends on the skin type and environmental conditions. On average, the durability is 3-5 years, after which a touch-up is recommended to intensify the pigments.
